Terms and Conditions
Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days, if we do not have the item in stock it will take about 7-10 days extra. If the delivery time is longer than 14 days, we will contact you.
Delivery times that are stated as order goods require that the supplier has the goods in stock. If not, you will be contacted by us and will receive an estimated delivery time.
We offer free shipping to all customers in Sweden, when the purchase price exceeds SEK 1,200, at purchase prices below 1,200 we charge SEK 55.00 in domestic shipping. In case of return, the standard conditions for the right of withdrawal apply, see section "The effect of exercised right of withdrawal" below.
The customer is responsible for correct address details and contact information. In the event of a change or error of information, we are given the right to charge SEK 225 per correction.
Not triggered packages
We charge SEK 349 for uncollected packages. At foreign delivery, we charge SEK 400.
Mode of delivery
We first ship orders with DHL, secondly Schenker and PostNord. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the carrier.
If you find any damage to the package, you must immediately notify the carrier and make a claim. Do not retrieve a damaged package! If you do not detect the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the carrier's handling, you should contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.

When purchasing goods on EquiSportz.com, 14 days right of withdrawal always applies. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from when you or any third party that you specify, but not the carrier, takes the goods into physical possession. The product must be in its original condition and include its original packaging and labels / tags.
To exercise the right to cancel your purchase, you send a clear message to EquiSportz.com by filling out the contact form under the "Customer Service" tab or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In order for you to contact us on time, it is sufficient that you send the message that you intend to cancel your purchase before the cancellation deadline expires.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially made to your wishes, such as custom-made riding boots.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns / changes of bites and underwear.
The effect of the right of withdrawal
If you cancel the purchase agreement, we will refund all payments we received from you, excluding delivery costs.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were notified of your decision to cancel the agreement. We can wait for the refund until we receive the item back from you or until you submit proof that you have returned the item, whichever comes first. We have the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in salable condition.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the initial business event, unless you have explicitly agreed with us otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.
You shall return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the date on which you notified us of your decision to cancel the agreement. The cancellation deadline should be considered to have been observed if you return the goods before this fourteen day period has expired.
If you exchange or return you as a customer for the freight and that the goods arrive in the same condition as they were sent in. Always contact us upon return and we will email you a return note when we do NOT pick up parcels from agents.
You, as a consumer, are responsible for the return according to the conditions for the right of withdrawal. In order to exchange a product, the same conditions apply as for the right of withdrawal.
We reserve ourselves for final sales, price errors and any printing errors.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have the right to advertise a product for 3 years after you receive the product. EquiSportz.com applies the consumer purchasing law claims right. If you receive a product that is visibly damaged, please contact us immediately. We will of course exchange this without costing you as a customer anything. In order for the right of complaint to apply, a receipt / order confirmation is required from the time of purchase. The contact is primarily made to email@example.com where we want a picture of the injury and a brief explanation from you.
