Eclipse Biofarmab Pure Vitamin B1. Feed supplements for horses.

Thiamine or vitamin B1 is a coenzyme; a type of activator needed for the metabolism of e.g. carbohydrates. It is also important for certain muscle and nerve functions as well as for the body's energy production. Thiamine is also an important substance for the body's stress management.

Thiamine is often recommended in the treatment of patella detachment, according to veterinarian prescriptions. Vitamin B1 supplements are often needed for high-performance horses or horses that change feed. The risks of overdose are considered small, as the vitamin is water-soluble and any excess is excreted in the urine.
